一. 硬件
1. 电路板的插拔方法
插板：
用手拿着电路板的前面板，将电路板对准交换机的插槽，沿着插槽向前滑动一段，然后再按住电路板前面板的上端和下端，用力向里推，直到听见一个声响，证明电路板已经插实。 拔板：
用内六角的螺丝刀把电路板上的螺丝拧开，双手握住螺丝，平行用力拉出即可。
2. 电路板的指示灯含义 (1). CS板
①“CPU”灯（绿）——交换机状态指示灯 长亮：交换机处于出始化状态。 闪亮：交换机处于正常运行状态。
②“LAN”灯（绿）——以太网接口的连接状况 闪亮：以太网上有数据流通过。
③ UNIT1—UNIT3及UP-LINK灯：LAN指示灯

在OXE中，CS担当了相当于CPU的功能，我们现在简单介绍一下CS的情况。CS上有硬盘、CPU和内存，当然软件和操作系统就安装在CS上。
(2). GD板
：GD板控制着整个MG中的所有电路板，它必须被放在机架的0插槽位置。e-CS板通过IP和所有的GD板通讯，即使CS和GD在同一个机架中，也是通过前面板的IP进行通信。 GD板的主要功能有： - - - - -
GD板上的DSP1提供一个内置的Modem，用于信令的备份和远端接入。我们注意到GD板上是没有硬盘的，每次启动时，GD板从CS板上将软件和驱动下载到Flash Mem中。
通过IP与CS板进行信令的连接
H323网关和 VoIP的ABC Link（语音和信令） IP电话的信令和语音（取决于IP Domain的定义） SIP网关
控制其他终端接口（UA、Z、ISDN…）
指示灯：
POWER：电源指示灯
绿灯：交换机电源供电正常 红灯：交换机停止工作。 CPU：GD板工作指示灯 长亮：交换机处于出始化状态。 闪亮：交换机处于正常运行状态。 FAN：风扇指示灯 绿灯：风扇工作正常 LAN：网络指示灯
闪亮：以太网上有数据流通过。

(4).SLI16板
SLI是模拟用户板，提供16个模拟端口。
(5).APA8板
APA是模拟中继板，提供8个模拟中继端口。
注：除了e-CS、GA和GD板需要现关电源再拔插外，其他的电路板都支持热插拔。
