摘要：A method implemented by a node in a wireless communication systemcomprises obtaining (120) a result of a timing measurement performed on one or morefirst radio signals associated with one or more specific characteristics. The method alsoincludes verifying (130) one or more second radio signals as associated with the one ormore specific characteristics, by determining whether the result meets one or moreconditions. In some embodiments, the one or more specific characteristics is an identity ofa specific radio node or cell. Moreover, in one or more embodiments, the result of thetiming measurement is used for verification in this way instead of or in addition to theresult of a power-based measurement.
