Manufacturing Project Proposal Part I General Information

1. Project description

The purpose of this project is for making (Products)in ( Location), including (PCB production, injection, SMT line, Assembly, aging, calibration, tests and packing). The whole project includes (engineering, design, fabrication, installation, factory testing,

delivery & transporting, erection, testing at site, commissioning, and putting into operation, training and know-how, quality assurance, control project of assembly.)

The factory shall be designed and executed in a manner to have the capability of

producing (Client name) with total annual capacity of (quantity) units (product name) (per shift), at ISO conditions, with the reservation that the Employer will construct (Civil works) the factory according to the design of the Contractor.

The contractor will supply (the materials, equipments, spare parts, Know-How of assembly, services, tools) according to the proposed List for Equipment and relevant services.

There are two sorts of equipment, basic and optional. Basic means these items are necessary to approach the project. Optional means the vendor can make decision to acquire these items or not based on benefit calculation. (Items can be changed according to specific situation)
