摘要：A method of dynamic resource allocations in wireless network is disclosed. Themethod provides that a base station in the network allocates resources to usersindependently of other base stations and without resource planning. Resource
allocations are done based at least in part on a local optimization objective and a channelquality indicator from one or more users, and result in efficient resource reuse.
