摘要：Disclosed is an LED display device using a TFT substrate provided with LEDdriver units. The LED display device includes a TFT substrate, LED chips, a light

transmitting plate, and a heat dissipating plate. The TFT substrate includes a plurality ofLED driver units arrayed in a matrix. Each of the LED driver units includes a plurality oftransistors. The LED chips are attached to and driven by the corresponding LED driverunits. The light transmitting plate is attached to the upper portions of the LED chips.Light emitted from the LED chips is transmitted through the light transmitting plate. Theheat dissipating plate is attached to the TFT substrate to dissipate heat generated fromthe LED chips.
