springmvc xml基本配置

首先web.xml配置如下信息

		<servlet-name>app</servlet-name>
		<servlet-class>org.springframework.web.servlet.DispatcherServlet</servlet-class>

			<param-name>contextConfigLocation</param-name>

其次配置app-context.xml
